Dear Manager,
I thought it prudent to take a moment and
inform you of the highly efficient and professional staff you’ve
got working for you at 3701 University Drive, in Coral Springs.
Richie and staff have shown time & time
again how willing they are to meet the frequent awkward demands
and time constraints dealt to them on a weekly basis by the
Platinum Gold Entertainment.
Said weekly demands range anywhere from
having trucks of
various predetermined sizes to us early on Saturday morning,
last minute changes, and even the weekly mailing of invoices,
thus allowing me to avoid that dreaded high lump figure at the
end of my credit card billing cycle.
In return for Richie's attention to our
needs, I’ve sent him rental business outside the realm of our
normal business needs. I think, as of today, my entire warehouse
staff knows Richie & Staff on a first name basis, and quite
honestly, we love it that way. Its my hope that he remains an
integral part of your staff at that location, as he is a true
