Upon your call, we will determine which terminal you are at and give you the appropriate instructions to meet our shuttle.

Want to save time at the counter?
Please have your Credit Card, Driver’s License and Insurance ID Card (all in the renters name) ready when you get to the counter. For more information on using your insurance and declining coverage see our insurance requirements page.

	Customers who have arrived at Terminal 1 will follow the arrow on the "Rental Car Center" sign.
	Customers who have arrived at terminals 2, 3 or 4 will follow the arrow on the "Shuttle Stop for Rental Car Center" sign.
	You need to be outside on level 3 of the Car Rental Center so our shuttle can pick you up.
	Go forward on the platform to bus stop 7 where our shuttle is permited to load and unload.
	Look for and only get on the Sunshine Shuttle.
	Your destination is the Sunshine Rent-A-Car guest entrance.
	Go inside to the rental counter.
